David Rabinovitz

David is a cannabis industry veteran and team member of NY420. He started in cannabis with a consulting assignment in 2010 and things grew from there. His experience includes business planning, deal structuring, stock plans, merger & acquisition guidance, and he is presently working with a Massachusetts team to secure a retail cannabis license. He was a contract trainer for the first two cohorts of the Massachusetts Cannabis Control Commission’s Social Equity and Economic Empowerment training program. He is the past host of The Green Rush podcast, a weekly 2-hour podcast on the business of cannabis. David is a past director and treasurer of MassCann, the Massachusetts Cannabis Reform Coalition. He is frequently published, speaks at conferences and has ten fingers in 15 pies. He has created and designed what’s said to be the most advanced and attractive excel pro-forma model in the industry.
